- Strip unsupported styles when pasting into rich text editors to reveal structural styling
- Improve User Profile menu display
- Prepare for ability to trigger Procedure assignment via email

Corrections
- Restore linking of newly created Content to the Procedure Step on which it was created.
- Restore scrolling on Assignment Task list
- Prevent multiple page refreshes on release of new version
- Prevent stacking of style and font menus on dialogs with a rich text editor
