Corrections
- Correct issue limiting length of Assignment names when editing after Assignment creation.
- Allow Assignment names to be edited in name input visible on on Assignment detail views not only the Info tab Descriptors accordion.
- Correct height and width of Embedded Content editor.
- Prevent intermittent issue generating 400 Bad Request error when pressing the Reuse… button opening the Add Existing Content dialog.
- Correct the scrolling height on most detail views.

- Match Manual name font styling to Assignment & Comment Inbox styling for consistency.
