Managing Employee Time-Off Requests

  • Submit the Time-Off Request
    • Access the [Time-Off Management
      System/HR Portal]
    • Complete the time-off request
      form 
    • Submit the request and
      wait for manager approval
  • Manager Review and Approval
    • Log in to the
      [Time-Off Management System] to
      view pending requests
    • Approve or deny the
      request, providing feedback if
      necessary
  • Notify the Employee
  • Update the employee’s leave
    balance in the [HR
    System]
