Managing Employee Leave Requests

  • Submit a Leave Request
    • Log in to the
      [Leave Management System/HR Portal].
    • Navigate to the "Leave
      Request" section.
    • Complete the request form 
    • Submit the request and
      wait for manager approval.
  • Manager Review
    • Access the [Leave Management
      System] to view pending
      requests.
    • Review the employee’s request
    • Approve or reject the
      request, providing feedback if
      necessary.
  • Notification and Records
    • Approved requests are automatically
      logged in the system.
    • Notify the employee of
      the decision via email
      or the portal.
    • Update team schedules to
      reflect the approved leave.
