Conducting Workplace Safety Training

  • Identify Training Needs
    • Conduct a risk assessment
      of the workplace

      to address specific safety
      concerns.
  • Develop or Source Training
    Materials
  • Schedule and Announce Training
    Sessions
    • Determine a schedule that
      minimizes disruption to workflows
      (e.g., shift coverage).
    • Send a training announcement

  • Conduct the Training Session
  • Document Attendance and Completion
    • Use a sign-in sheet
