Managing Company-Wide Communications

  • Plan the Communication
    • Define the purpose and
      audience of the communication.
    • Choose the appropriate channel(s)
      based on the message
      type 
  • Draft the Message
    • Write the message using
      clear and concise language.
  • Review and Approve the
    Message
    • Share the draft with
      relevant stakeholders for feedback.
    • Make revisions based on
      feedback 
    • Obtain final approval from
      leadership or HR.
  • Distribute the Message
    • Use the selected communication
      channel(s) to send the
      message.
    • Schedule the communication for
      a time that maximizes
      visibility and engagement (e.g.,
      mornings).
  • Monitor and Follow Up
    • Track engagement metrics
    • Send follow-up reminders or
      clarifications if necessary.
