      or set up a
      virtual meeting link.
    • Gather any necessary materials,
      such as reports or
      presentations.
    • Test equipment to avoid
      technical issues.
  • Conduct the Meeting
  • Follow Up
    • Distribute summary of key
      points and action items
      to participants.
    • Assign responsibilities for action
      items and set deadlines.
    • Schedule follow-up meetings if
      needed to track progress.
